Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an RSS Surveillance Officer in Atlanta, GA. Surveillance Officers monitor analytic video feeds, engage security risks, communicate within the Command Center and beyond, and write detailed reports pertaining security incidents and activities.
Qualifications
- Strengths in leadership, investigation, and communication
- Typing proficiency (50-60 WPM)
- Experience with detailed report writing
- Drive to work under time pressure and in a critical security environment
- Strong attention to detail & observation skills
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Superior problem-solving ability
- Ability to utilize intercom system and engage with subjects at client sites
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is a plus
- Past experience with IMMIX Central Station
