What are the responsibilities and job description for the Monitoring position at A 2nd Chance?
We are looking to grow our Electronic Monitoring Team!
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to work in our Cobb County office as part of our monitoring team.
The environment is very team-focused and fast-paced. Your main responsibilities will be enrolling and un-enrolling electronic monitoring (think ankle monitors) participants. This includes executing contracts, taking payments, installing devices, providing proof of participation and maintaining a CRM database. You will spend most of your shift answering questions, updating schedules, and documenting cases. There will be slight traveling involved for installation purposes.
Schedule: Monday 3pm-12am, Tuesday- OFF, Wed-Friday 3pm-12am. And every other weekend (Friday/Saturday) 2pm-11pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 per hour
