Your Schedule
- 12-hour shifts (6 – 6 )
- 4 days on, 4 days off rotation
- We are 24/7- so when your rotation falls on a weekend/holiday- it's still a workday!
What You’ll Do
- Actively monitor GPS tracking systems and promptly respond to alerts and violations
- Analyze data and use sound judgment to investigate and verify events before escalating
- Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text to clients, law enforcement, and internal team members
- Document all actions and maintain detailed, accurate electronic records
- Onboard and offboard clients, including profile creation, equipment setup/removal, and database updates
- Provide reports and testimony as needed based on system data
- Perform light custodial and office maintenance to ensure workspace readiness
- Process payments, maintain billing accuracy, and monitor inventory of equipment and supplies
- Represent company values and uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable traveling occasionally to jails or courthouses for client support
- Ability to work some Holidays and Weekends if they fall on your rotation.
