The Opportunity.
- The focus is on embedding within the Architecture & Design community, developing strong partnerships with developers and retail partners, and positioning the brand within key specification and project pipelines.
- This is not a transactional sales role - This is about influence, ownership, and long-term commercial impact.
What You’ll Do
- Drive and exceed regional sales targets across luxury retail and project channels
- Identify, develop, and win relationships with high-end retailers, architects, designers, and developers
- Secure specification on high-value residential and hospitality projects
- Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with annual and long-term growth targets
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to project delivery
- Partner closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to inform strategy
- Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior leadership
Who You Are
- 5 years of experience in sales within luxury design, interiors, furniture, or related sectors
- Proven track record of driving revenue and winning new business in a competitive market
- Strong network within the Northeast A&D and developer community is highly preferred
- Commercially driven, target-oriented, and comfortable owning a territory
- Highly polished communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building skills
- Able to operate across both creative and commercial conversations
