Hiring REMOTE Paralegal - Multiple positions immediately available. We help US businesses hire applicants from various countries for REMOTE job opportunities, and we have multiple open Paralegal positions we need to immediately hire. You would be working directly with the business.
Responsibilities:
• Assist attorneys with legal research and prepare documents using cloud-based tools.
• Organize and maintain digital files and case documents in cloud storage.
• Communicate with clients via email and phone to gather information and provide updates.
• Manage scheduling for virtual meetings and consultations online.
• Draft and review legal documents utilizing project management tools.
• Ensure all legal documents are accurate and comply with relevant regulations.
Preferred Skills & Tools:
• Proficiency in cloud-based legal research tools
• Experience with digital file management systems
• Trilingual; English, Spanish, and Portuguese preferred.
• Familiarity with online scheduling software
• Law firm experience
Qualifications:
• College degree in Legal Studies or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal
• Portuguese required.
• Licensed in your home country
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with cloud-based document management
• Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
