What you'll do:
- Represent buyers and sellers with professionalism and expertise
- Conduct property tours, valuations, and market analyses
- Build meaningful client relationships and deliver white-glove service
- Leverage Remmes & Co.’s marketing, tech, and systems to maximize productivity
- Attend team coaching, accountability sessions, and training
- Execute high-quality listing presentations using our signature marketing approach
What we are looking for:
- Active MA Real Estate License
- 2 years of real estate experience
- Reasonable commuting distance to Boston
- Tenacious approach and a great teammate
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and coachable
