About the Role
Remmert & Company is seeking a Director of Finance & Administration to lead and strengthen the financial backbone of our organization. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving financial accuracy, operational discipline, and risk management across a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
Financial Leadership & Oversight
- Lead all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and internal controls
- Maintain and enhance established financial systems and procedures
- Provide leadership with clear, fact-based insights for decision-making
Team Leadership
- Manage and develop the Finance & Accounting team
- Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable to high standards
- Delegate effectively while maintaining visibility into performance and results
Risk Management & Compliance
- Oversee company insurance programs and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with all financial reporting and regulatory requirements
- Identify risks and implement practical, system-based solutions
Process Improvement
- Continuously evaluate financial processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Identify technical and operational issues and implement sustainable solutions
- Drive consistency and discipline across financial workflows

Qualifications
