- Coordinate catering services, ensuring quality food and service for all guests.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure the best rates.
- Manage event marketing efforts to promote events effectively and attract attendees.
- Oversee on-site event execution, including setup, coordination, and teardown.
- Provide exceptional hospitality to clients and guests throughout the event process.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the overall event experience.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.
