What are the responsibilities and job description for the Greeter position at Remington Park Racing & Casino?
- Greet incoming guests with a pleasant demeanor.
- Direct guests to the Lucky Circle Express booth for guests service related questions.
- Keeps count of the number of incoming guests entering the facility for attendance records.
- Turn in total number of guests counted each live race night/day to the attendant at the Security Lost & Found booth.
- Job requires work most work during nights, weekends and occasional afternoons; as well as some holidays; including but not limited to Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Easter.
- Job requires extensive standing and some sitting as well as the ability to use a hand held counting clicker
Education:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must be able to work effectively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel
- Strong written and oral communication skills required
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Licenses/Certifications/Other:
- Must be able to pass a background check and receive a license or permit from any Regulatory Agency if applicable to perform the essential job functions
- Oklahoma Horse Racing License
