Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool and surrounding areas
- Ensure pool safety rules are followed by guests
- Set up and arrange pool furniture, towels, and amenities
- Monitor pool conditions and report any safety or maintenance concerns
- clean pool deck, furniture, and remove trash regularly
- test and log pool chemicals (if certified/trained)
- Water plants and general upkeep
- Remove trash from outdoor areas and maintain trash receptacles
- Report maintenance issues or hazards to management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, pool attendant, maintenance, or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in hot weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
