What are the responsibilities and job description for the On Call Banquet Server position at Remington Hotels?
What you will be doing
- Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audiovisual needs.
- Assist the set-up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
- Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
- Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
- Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
- Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
