Seasonal Pool Side Server

Here at Murrieta Hot Spring Resort we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Poolside Server to join our hospitality team. As a Poolside Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and relaxing experience while they are at the pool area. Your primary duties will include taking food and beverage orders, delivering orders promptly, maintaining cleanliness in the poolside area, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be the face of our establishment for guests enjoying the pool, so professionalism and a positive attitude are essential. In this role, you will interact with guests from diverse backgrounds, ensuring their needs are met and that they feel valued. You will also collaborate with other team members, including kitchen staff and bartenders, to ensure seamless service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in food and beverage service, though we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a passion for hospitality. Your responsibilities will also include setting up and breaking down the poolside service area, monitoring guest satisfaction, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. You will need to be knowledgeable about the menu, including any specials or promotions, and be able to make recommendations to guests. Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
