Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support front desk agents during shifts
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out process
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Have complete understanding of Front Office staff's roles and duties and be able to perform duties at any given time.
  • Accurately check AM and PM discrepancy reports.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
  • Communicate effectively with Housekeeping and Maintenance regarding room status, guest requests, and maintenance needs.
  • Efficiently process and follow up on guest requests by coordinating with the appropriate departments
  • Step in as Manager on Duty when required

Qualifications

  • Previous front desk or hospitality experience required (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • High Work ethic and self-initiative
  • Ability to calmy work with high demand and/or upset guests
  • May required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel
