Remi43 Flower & Coffee – New York, NY
Part-time (2–3 days per week, including Sundays)
We are seeking a creative, skilled, and reliable Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for flowers, a strong sense of design, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and create bouquets, centerpieces, and custom floral arrangements
- Assist customers with floral selections and orders
- Process in-store, phone, and online orders
- Handle POS transactions and daily shop operations
- Maintain flower freshness, plant care, and inventory
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and beautifully displayed
- Assist with special events and floral installations as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of floral shop experience preferred
- Floral design training is a plus
- Strong design skills, creativity, and attention to detail
- Friendly, dependable, and able to work independently
- Basic computer and POS skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- Availability on Sundays and flexibility for holidays and events
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Schedule: 2–3 days per week, including Sundays
