Remi Vista's Supported Living Services program currently hiring compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team as Personal Attendants supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a residential setting.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, building supportive relationships, and making a meaningful impact in their community. Experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train motivated applicants who are dependable, patient, and eager to learn.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following:
Support consumers in completing Activities of Daily Living as independently as they are able.
- Provide direct care and daily living support to clients
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Support clients with community activities and appointments
- Help maintain a safe, positive, and structured environment
- Document services and communicate with team members professionally
- Encourage independence, dignity, and person-centered support
Qualifications:
- At least one year experience preferred
- Good driving record
- Must pass background check
- Must pass physical, TB test, and drug screen
- Reliable transportation
- Valid drivers license
- Valid proof of vehicle insurance
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
• Current, valid, California driver's license.
• Current CPR certification or the ability to obtain.
• Current First Aid certification or the ability to obtain.
• Current PRO-ACT certification or the ability to obtain.
