Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Property Manager to join our team in Augusta, GA. Duties
- Assist in managing property leasing activities, including showing units and processing applications.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and documentation of tenant interactions and property maintenance requests.
- Support conflict management efforts by addressing tenant concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with Section 8 regulations and other relevant laws pertaining to property management.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to oversee property upkeep and ensure timely repairs are made.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of contracts related to leasing and maintenance services.
- Utilize property management software for tracking leases, payments, and tenant communications.
- Provide administrative support related to real estate operations, including filing, correspondence, and reporting.
Experience
- Previous experience in property management or real estate administration is required.
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing regulations is a plus.
- Strong skills in data entry and record keeping are essential for maintaining accurate property files.
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques to effectively handle tenant disputes.
- Experience with property management software is advantageous.
- A basic understanding of contracts and legal requirements related to property leasing is beneficial.
