The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, solution-oriented Property Manager to lead our North Augusta community. As the primary leader on-site, you will be responsible for the total operation of the asset, from financial performance and resident retention to team leadership and vendor management. Strategic Responsibilities
- Financial Performance: Drive the property toward monthly Net Operating Income (NOI) goals through effective expense control and strategic budget management.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team of leasing and maintenance professionals.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensure timely rent collection, and manage detailed financial records and administrative tasks.
- Community Relations: Build lasting relationships with residents through professional communication, swift conflict resolution, and a commitment to a positive living environment.
- Marketing & Occupancy: Implement creative marketing strategies to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy rates.
- Vendor & Facility Oversight: Coordinate with contractors and vendors for property repairs; conduct regular inspections to ensure the community meets our high standards for safety and curb appeal.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3 years of proactive experience in multi-family property management is required.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing and developing small, diverse teams.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in modern property management software platforms and standard office technology.
- Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of Fair Housing regulations, leasing laws, and eviction procedures.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to remain professional under pressure.
