Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Legal Intake Specialist located in Miami, FL. The Legal Intake Specialist will be responsible for initiating initial communication with potential clients, conducting client intake interviews, gathering and consolidating client information, assessing potential cases, and scheduling appointments. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, addressing initial client inquiries, and collaborating with the legal team to support case preparation.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Interpersonal interaction to effectively engage with potential clients and team members.
- Experience in Client Intake and managing related administrative processes efficiently.
- Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience for clients.
- Knowledge of Insurance processes or policies related to labor and employment cases is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Previous experience in a legal or client services environment is preferred.
