Your Role as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

As an LVN with Remedy Home Health, you will deliver hands-on skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled, patient-centered nursing care based on individualized care plans

• Accurately document all visits, assessments, and treatments using electronic health records (EHR)

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the home health care team

• Ensure compliance with Arizona home health regulations and company policies

• Help patients meet their health goals through compassionate and professional nursing

Qualifications for Home Health LVN Jobs

• Current Arizona Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health experience preferred)
• Physical ability to assist and move patients as needed
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency with electronic charting and care coordination software
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to patient homes in Sun City and surrounding Maricopa areas.
