The Ambulatory Surgery Center has 2 OR and 1 procedure room, procedures in Orthopedics, Sports medicine, Total Joint Replacement, Pain Management, Podiatry.

• The Center is relatively new, and the volume of surgical procedures is steadily increasing.
• The Administrator will have the opportunity to become well-acquainted with this role as the surgery center continues to grow and succeed.
• It is majority owned by surgeons but has the support of larger company that helps with billing, back-end office and educational resources.
• The center receives abundant financial support from the board, providing the Nurse Administrator with the autonomy to determine suitable scheduling, staffing, and educational initiatives for successful operations.
• The company has an experienced seasoned Administrator that is there to support this role. Is able to teach the regulations (AAAHC) and relevant financial knowledge.
• Responsibilities: Oversee operating budget and policy procedures. Collaborate on quality imp, risk management, infection control with the Director of Nursing. Analyzes and advises on market trends that may impact clinical and financial performance and reviews all purchases.

MEDICAL BENEFITS and SALARY:

• Salary range: $120,000 to $170,000
• Coverage medical: 90% for individual, 80% for indiv plus one, 70% for family
• Generous PTO time! 4 weeks PTO plus holidays
• Eligible for Performance Evaluation Bonuses each year

REQUIREMENT:

• Current viable Registered Nurse license.
• MUST have an ability to lead AND at least one year of Operating Room experience.
• This role requires organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage departmental expectations.
• Must have bachelors degree in nursing (BSN)
