A substance use treatment organization is currently searching for a Business Development Specialist to join their team. This is a beautiful facility offering detox and residential services with an extremely supportive director in place.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Specialist, Behavioral Health:
- Responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and strong customer relationships
- Implement and facilitate census development strategies
- Establish relationships with the referral community
- Obtain new clients through referrals, cold calling and networking
- Formulate sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop project budgets and create proposals

Requirements of the Business Development Specialist, Behavioral Health:
- Bachelors' degree in Social Work, Business or Marketing
- Experience as a Case Manager within the local hospital setting

- Some travel required- mainly local, but minimal overnight travel may be expected
