Responsibilities:

• Assist with management of leasing activities across the region
• Interface with existing tenants regularly and assist with lease renewals, prospecting tenants, marketing vacancies, etc.
• Answer incoming calls and respond accordingly, whether it is a prospect or tenant call. Transfer calls when appropriate.
• Assist with managing third party landlord brokers for marketing of properties in locations where Remedy does not have a leasing presence
• Maintain awareness of market leasing conditions and trends in the region

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/education required
• 2-3 years of previous lease administrative experience preferred
• Must possess excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, financial, analytical, time management, qualitative and quantitative skills
• Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, establish workflow priorities and work independently with high attention to detail
• Prior employment history demonstrating the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities and the ability to produce accurate results in a highly-organized manner
• Ability to start, cultivate and maintain strong tenant relations
• Proficiency in Microsoft based software, particularly Excel

$60,000-70,000 salary range, based on experience, plus benefits and bonus.
