- Minimum 1 year RN experience (home health experience preferred)
- Experience in rehab, geriatric care, or community health is a plus
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout Orange County- including Anaheim, Fullerton, Buena Park, Cypress
- Home Health RN experience
- Public Health Nurse (PHN) certification
- Experience with mobile therapy or home-based care models
