Job Summary:
At Remedy Burger, we offer an elevated fast food experience in the heart of downtown Staunton. We aim to provide delicious burgers, top notch beer and wine, unique sodas, and a variety of cocktails for guests to enjoy. Our QR ordering system, kiosk ordering system, and mobile ordering POS stations provide a streamlined service experience for our guests. All are welcome at Remedy Burger!
We are seeking a full-time Assistant Location Manager who works closely with the Location Manager to provide both our staff and our guests with a comfortable, hospitable, and welcoming dining environment.
While technical excellence is appropriate, it is not a prerequisite for this job. Much more important to our culture, is an individual who is excited to be a part of team that meets a high threshold for hospitality. We are looking for confident, highly motivated candidates who are wired to do this job well because they care deeply about small details.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and see off all guests with a gracious, enthusiastic, and genuine demeanor.
- Guide guests through the ordering process with product knowledge and recommendations.
- Ensure all guest interactions meet our hospitality standards — fast, friendly, and accurate.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor the dining area to maintain cleanliness, comfort, and efficient flow.
- Assist with takeout, online, and delivery orders as needed.
- Support fellow team members during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold all health, safety, and food-handling standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High level of emotional intelligence.
- Excellent work ethic - care not only to complete a task, but to do a job well done.
- High energy, positive attitude, and a team-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work Thursday-Monday.
