As an Interim Systems Pharmacy Technician, you’ll play a crucial part in maintaining accurate medication storage and delivery systems across multiple customer facilities. Location: 26251 Bluestone Blvd, Suite 1, Euclid, OH 44132

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM (No Weekends or Holidays!)

Travel Requirement: This role requires extensive daily travel in your own vehicle 3-7 hours per day

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and ship medications for on-site dispensing systems according to established schedules and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely deliveries and accurate formulary management.
• Serve as the primary liaison to customer facilities, resolving system-related issues professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with training, education, and troubleshooting of dispensing equipment for both pharmacy staff and facility partners.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and periodic audits of system inventory, logins, and expired medications.
• Support nursing staff with proper use of dispensing systems and escalate medication discrepancies as needed.
• Manage system updates, configuration changes, and communication with remote technical support teams.
• Contribute to special projects that improve dispensing system performance and overall pharmacy operations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (Ohio) in good standing, with at least 1 year of pharmacy technician or pharmacy operations experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation; willingness to drive 4 hours per day.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and effective in fast-paced, multitasking environments.
• Experience with controlled substances, IV medications, or broader pharmacy operations is preferred.
