Remedi SeniorCare is seeking a dynamicFulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technicianto join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities.
Location:On site at our closed-door pharmacy (10448 Lakeridge Parkway Ashland, VA 23005)
Compensation:Starting at $17 - $19/hr (dependent upon experience)plus $1.50/hr shift differential
Schedule:Monday – Friday 4:30 pm – 1:00 am - rotating weekends (2nd Shift)

Plus, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with and support various areas within the pharmacy operations as needed.
Fulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technicians Will Be Responsible For
- Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment.
- Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
- Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas.
- Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues.
- Use systems like Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking.
- Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks.
- Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling.
- Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and “owes” processing.
- Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the VA State Board of Pharmacy is required (good standing)
- Minimum of one (1) year working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required
- Strong computer skills
- Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge
- Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations
- Demonstrates strong teamwork skills by actively contributing to group efforts, communicating openly, and supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Thrives in a dynamic environment by quickly adjusting to changing priorities, new tasks, and evolving business needs with a positive attitude
- Consistently arrives on time, meets deadlines, and maintains dependable attendance, ensuring steady support for team and business operations
