Job Overview
Reme Healthcare Corp is seeking for a dedicated and compassionate office secretary to join our growing primary care team to ensure a smooth functioning of the office. This role involves providing high quality coordination by effectively communicating both in English and in Spanish while maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to foster an efficient and welcoming office environment.
Job Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Receiving phone calls and assisting patients as needed.
· Entering new patient data into the system from referral sources.
· Scheduling new patient visits after data entry and referral processing
· Insurance verification and eligibility processing.
· Prior authorizations for procedures and services.
· Prior authorizations for prescription and coordinating communications between pharmacies and providers.
· Prior authorizations for durable medical equipment (DME).
· Managing FMLA paperwork and related legal documentation.
· Performing additional administrative duties as assigned.
Work Expectations
· Full time position must be at the office 4 days per week.
· Proven experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Currently using DrChrono – We will train.
· Strong clerical, time management and organizational skills
· Reliable, professional, proactive, and focused oriented
Schedule
· Very flexible.
· Monday – Friday (you pick your day off) - 4 days per week.
· No weekend works.
· No after hour calls or on-call
Pay ranges.
· Based on experienced
· $15.00 – $17.00 per hour or per visit.
Requirements
· Bilingual – English and Spanish
· Electronic Health record documentations – We will train.
