As a Lead Shelving Installer, you will be responsible for installing Grocery Store Shelving and overseeing a team of shelving installers in commercial spaces. We are seeking candidates with strong mechanical abilities, exceptional work ethic, and a passion for craftsmanship, as well as proven leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and profile with precision and care.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Utilize hand and power tools with expertise and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Store Shelving or related construction field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Familiarity with tools and safety regulations -Must be available to work nights or days, depending on job requirements.
