Hours: 7am-3:30pm
Traveling to PA for a 1-week training period is welcome but not required.

We are looking for a service dispatcher to keep our service teams running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
- Dispatch technicians and manage schedules with zones that you are covering.
- Handle general admin duties, which will include updating portals (data entry)
- Coordinate w/ department managers, techs, and customers.
- Monitor emails & respond to urgent requests.
- Help ensure work orders are completed efficiently.
- Support day-to-day administrative functions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with teams via phone and email.
- Managing multiple tasks while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Daily use of Outlook, Excel, Teams, and our current software Penta.
What we are looking for:
- Dispatch experience with Service/Mechanical Company preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must-have.
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Problem-solver mindset with attention to detail.
