We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join a field crew and assist with hands-on construction and general labor tasks.
Position Details
- Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience
- Location: Charlotte, NC 28217
- Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (one-hour lunch)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with daily field operations and general labor tasks.
- Support construction and restoration activities as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Must have their own tape measure, drill, and hammer.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures.
