It is preferable that a foreman have 2 years working in the moving industry. White glove Moving services is a plus. Knowledge of packing and wrapping household & commercial goods is preferred.Clean-cut appearance and a friendly disposition are essential.Drivers are required to have a clean & valid drivers license.Please include a resume, if applicable with moving experience, and best contact information.Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate activities of laborers and moving crew members.- Oversee the loading and unloading of furniture and other items during moves.- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.- Utilize management software for projects.- Manage and allocate resources effectively- Utilize supervising experience to lead and motivate team members.- Implement quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction.- Utilize relevant skills such as blueprint reading and quality control to enhance project outcomes.-Ability to pick up items 50lbs -Ability to work long hours and changing schedules weekly.
