What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a Bookkeeper to manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger. Bookkeeper duties include reconciling bank statements and payroll records. We also need someone who has an understanding of how the service industry works and is able to provide guidance and assistance to our managers and employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial transactions within the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounting
- Reconcile payroll records
- Assist in the preparation of annual reports, tax returns and business tax filings
- Provide support to our manufacturing teams with questions, problems or issues regarding accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience in a similar role with a small to medium size company.
Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
