Monday–Friday, Day Shifts Only
No evenings | No weekends | Most holidays off

Rellim is a social club with RN oversight offering engagement for seniors, but most importantly, providing relief to their caregivers.

We need someone who can bring the energy!

Not fake. Not cheesy. But the kind of person who walks into a room, sees what needs to happen, jumps in, and helps create a day our seniors actually want to be part of.

This job is active. You will multitask. You will gently redirect. You will help with meals, games, movement, personal care, cleaning, conversations, laughter, and unexpected, beautifully human moments that require flexibility and humor.

We need someone who:

• Shows up reliably and on time
• Takes initiative and uses creativity. Thinking outside the box is encouraged here
• Loves seniors and can meet them where they are; especially those experiencing memory loss, confusion, or other dementia symptoms
• Can multitask in real time. You may go from serving lunch, to leading a game, to comforting a senior, to cleaning up a spill, to helping someone to the bathroom, all while watching for disengagement, wandering, safety needs, and opportunities to help seniors connect naturally with one another
• Brings warmth and energy every day you walk through the door
• Has a teachable attitude and is open to learning the Rellim way. We are not here to force seniors through a rigid schedule. We are here to create the kind of environment where connection, purpose, laughter, and engagement happen organically
• Knows how to bring playful energy into the room while still maintaining professionalism, dignity, and respect
• Can keep things moving even when the day does not go as planned, being able to swiftly change gears

Qualifications

• Dementia experience required
• CNA certification preferred but not required
• CBRF Medication Administration registered is preferred, but not required
• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience
• Ability to assist with transfers and mobility
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
