Relient Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across South Carolina. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement PTA positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).
Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location

Inman, North Charlestor, Saint Matthews, Summerville, and additional South Carolina markets.

👩⚕️ Clinical Responsibilities
• Deliver physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist (PT)

• Document care in EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards
• Collaborate with PTs, rehab teams, and nursing/medical staff
• Promote mobility, functional independence, and patient safety
✅ Required Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
• Active South Carolina PTA license, or eligibility/pending licensure
• Ability to work full-time in one of the listed South Carolina markets
• Authorized to work in the United States
