Relient Health is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across South Carolina. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).
Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.

Lancaster, Saint Matthews, Scranton, and additional South Carolina markets.

👩⚕️ Clinical Responsibilities
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Document patient care using EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards
• Collaborate with COTAs, rehab staff, nursing teams, and interdisciplinary care providers
✅ Required Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) program
• Active South Carolina OT license, or eligibility/pending licensure
• Ability to work full-time in one of the listed South Carolina markets
• Authorized to work in the United States
