POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Carrier Manager position at Reliant Transportation is a full-time role responsible for managing freight execution and developing carrier relationships within an assigned region. Focused on execution, relationship-building, and results, Carrier Managers cover loads, negotiate carrier rates, and recruit and retain carrier partners to meet regional volume and margin goals. In addition to day-to-day operations, this position supports the bulk division and requires a deep understanding of carrier businesses to offer tailored solutions and drive long-term growth. This position is fully on-site. You must be able to work at our Lincoln, NE office for your application to be considered.
