Job Summary for Home Health RN (Greensboro and High Point):
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Manage a caseload of patients as a case manager.
- Utilize Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software for documentation.
- Travel between patient homes throughout the day (not an inpatient role).
- Work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
- Serve the Greensboro and High Point areas.
- Must have at least 1 year of case management experience.
- Previous experience with HCHB and travel nursing required.
- Reliable personal vehicle required for daily travel.
- Mileage reimbursement provided at federal rate.
