Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Cypress Clinic | Full-Time

At Reliant ABA Therapy – Cypress, you’ll work in a structured, clinic-based environment with consistent hours and strong BCBA support. Our Cypress clinic is ideal for RBTs who value routine, teamwork, and hands-on clinical guidance while making a real difference in the lives of children and families.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic-based setting
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA/BCaBA supervision
- Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collect and record data using electronic systems
- Collaborate closely with supervisors and teammates
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For (Required)
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain consistent attendance
Nice to Have
- Experience with DTT, PECS, PRT, or other ABA methodologies
- Prior clinic-based ABA experience
- Familiarity with electronic data collection tools

Physical Requirements
This role requires standing, sitting, kneeling, walking, running, and lifting up to 35 pounds, as well as responding quickly to client needs and using electronic devices for data collection.
