What You’ll Do
- Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans with measurable goals
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate, play-based therapy interventions
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure high-quality care
- Document patient progress clearly and accurately
- Enjoy working with children in a clinic-based setting
- Want a pediatric-only caseload (no home health, no adult patients)
- Value collaboration, mentorship, and a supportive team culture
- Are seeking a consistent outpatient clinic schedule
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas – REQUIRED
- Pediatric experience preferred (new pediatric PTs welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
