We’re hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our specialty foods distribution team. You’ll be the primary point of contact for owners and managers of niche Foodservice establishments—handling orders, resolving issues, and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality specialty ingredients.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders via phone/email/CRM and confirm accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse and drivers to schedule deliveries and track shipments.
- Resolve order issues, shortages, returns, and billing questions promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order histories
- Support account managers with product availability, pricing, and promotions.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to foodservice customers.
- Meet service metrics for response time, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Customer service experience; foodservice distribution preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using CRM/order management systems and Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; associate degree or industry training a plus.
