Job description:
Service Side Mechanical is a Commercial HVAC/R company based in Orlando, FL dedicated to providing quality HVAC service to commercial customers throughout Florida. We are a young and growing company seeking a versatile office person to support our call center department.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Direct customer contact via phone and email
- Utilization & updating client software platform
-Create new work orders and assign to the respective internal branches
- Customer service
- Support of field team
- IVR compliance
- Invoicing
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- Adobe Pro DC
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbal and written
- Ability to perform detailed tasks accurately without supervision
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Location / Schedule:
- Riverside, CA - this is not a remote position
- Full Time (40 hours)
- Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM
- Participation in on-call rotation as needed
