Skills & Experience
- Proven recent experience in senior financial leadership within a nonprofit organization
- Demonstrated understanding of construction accounting and mortgage lending or similar multi-faceted operating environments
- Experience managing Finance, HR, IT
- Deep understanding of financial stewardship, compliance, and governance in a nonprofit environment
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive accountability across teams
- Strong commitment to mission, principles, and core values.
- Ability to work with and serve a diverse demographic.
- Strong aptitude to work in a team environment and to seek partnerships in planning and plan execution.
Qualifications
- 4 yr Accounting Finance degree required (MBA preferred)
- 2 yrs non-profit experience in a leadership capacity required
- 2 years' of strategic financial leadership experience required
