The Land Developers Engineered Solution is seeking an experienced full time structural and/or civil engineer for our Tumwater, WA office. The projects will range from small single family residents to large commercial and multi-family projects. The Land Developers Engineered Solution has 28 years of experience with local and state jurisdictions providing quality engineering services that include structural engineering, land development, storm water management, and feasibility studies. Candidate will be self motivated with enthusiastic with team-oriented attitude. Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited too, develop structural plan sheets and details, 2D and 3D AutoCAD Site Plan, Grading, Drainage, Sewer, and Water Plans and revise construction plans as directed.

The Land Developer's Engineered Solution is looking for graduate of Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Drainage & Utility Engineering and/or Land Development. Requirements:
Structural candidate:
-PE 5-10 years of steel, concrete, wood and masonry design project experience
-EIT 1-5 years of steel, concrete, wood and masonry design project experience
-Experience with design of all categories of seismic and gravity framing systems for every building and material type
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Structural Engineering degree from an ABET accredited university
-PE, SE desired
Land Development candidate:
-PE 5-10 years of experience designing roadways, parking lots and underground utilities.
-PE 5-10 years of experience designing storm water systems and writing drainage reports.
-EIT 1-5 years of experience designing roadways, parking lots and underground utilities.
--EIT 1-5 years of experience designing storm water systems and writing drainage reports.
-Excellent writing, communication and customer service skills
-Proficient in Civil 3D and Auto-CAD
-Civil Engineering degree from an ABET accredited university
-PE desired
