A hybrid work arrangement—requiring a minimum of three days per week in-office—is available after 12 months of employment.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer with municipal engineering experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for project engineering and/or project management for utility, water, wastewater, or transportation projects for municipalities and special purpose districts across Washington State. Key responsibilities include project scoping and preparing engineering reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for municipal engineering projects. The role also includes providing our clients with funding administration and construction management support.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution is required.
· Professional Engineer (PE) license required
· 10-15 years of experience in municipal engineering

· Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
· Capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, with an anticipated total salary (including year-end bonus) ranging from $110,000 to $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
