Job Function
Schedules periodic and required maintenance and repairs on all company property and equipment as directed by operations manager, including but not limited to, welding, electrical, vehicle and machinery repair.
Oversee maintenance employees, and maintenance employee training
Maintains and performs facility repairs
Prepare and maintain all work orders, relating to preventative and routine maintenance of equipment, machinery, company property, and building repairs.
Special projects as requested by management.
Required Skills
High school diploma or Technical School Degree with appropriate mechanical and electrical skills.
2-5 years of responsible experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Extensive knowledge of equipment and automotive repair.
