Job Function Responsible for operating a saw machine to cut steel material. Display the ability to accurately use basic measuring devices, including tape measure and micrometers. Display the ability to use manual hand tools, including wrenches and clamps. Log and tag inventory received according to specified procedure Assemble customer orders according to work orders Record pertinent material information to work orders, material, or other forms as specified by management Work within precise limits and standards of accuracy. Works and coordinates with multiple areas of warehouse, and coworkers to complete tasks. Maintain compliance with all safety requirements, policies, and procedures. Safety sensitive for his/her owns safety and/or of others safety. Demonstrated initiative to proactively seek out work and complete tasks Enthusiastic team player with a motivating positive attitude Committed to a workplace of culture and respect. Dependable and consistent attendance/punctuality May need to work overtime and weekends as assigned (depending on business need). Required Skills Minimum 2-3 years industrial materials handling. Must have effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to read and write English.
