Job Function
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Data/Order Entry: Enter customer and vendor purchase orders, including quoting and costing jobs.
- Expediting: Daily follow up from the time the order is received until shipped. Make notes in order tracking of order progress.
- Production: Attend daily production meetings and update necessary information to the ship list.
- Problem Solving: Assist Sales with any issues that are not handled by QA.
- Address invoice/costing discrepancies with accounting as needed.
- POC for vendor questions and contact.
- Export Documentation: Prepare export documentation as needed.
- On Call: Share on call responsibility rotation as needed for weekend rush orders.
