Job SummaryThe Manager, HRIS will lead the HRIS department, supporting 14,000 employees across the US and Canada. This role oversees HR systems like Dayforce HCM, ServiceNow HR and iCIMS, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance. Responsibilities include system upgrades, troubleshooting, and M&A integration. The Manager will address business requirements, ensure HR data quality, and generate insights for decision-making. They will also manage and mentor the HRIS team, establish KPIs, and develop training programs.

Job FunctionSystem Management:
• Manage all HRIS systems, including Dayforce HCM, ServiceNow HR, and iCIMS, ensuring they meet business
requirements and support the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Evaluate the impact of requested configuration changes on all users and ensure any changes are beneficial to the
overall system ecosystem. Oversee all system upgrades, configurations, troubleshooting, and fixes as needed to
address related business needs or solve system problems.
• Continually identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Play an integral role in due diligence and HRIS integration during M&A, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal
disruptions.
Business Analysis & Data Analytics:
• Work closely with our subsidiaries to understand their business requirements for system configuration, reports,
and interfaces with third-party systems. Analyze requests from subsidiaries, identifying potential impacts on
other users of the system. Propose and implement effective solutions that meet business needs while
maintaining system stability and usability.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of HR data across systems. Develop and implement effective methods,
processes, and data governance frameworks to guarantee that all HR data and reports are complete, consistent
and reliable.
• Analyze and interpret HR data to generate meaningful insights to support business decision-making and to drive informed, data-driven strategies.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of internal HR Dashboards
Team Leadership:
• Drive a culture and expectation of excellence within HRIS team.
• Manage and mentor the HRIS production support team, ensuring timely resolution of issues and ongoing system maintenance, drive expected team results to support various organizational project timelines, one-off requests, and critical change schedules.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for system performance and team effectiveness.
• Develop and facility trainings with HRIS

Required SkillsEducation:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
• 5 years of HRIS experience, including strategic planning with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Must have experience managing a remote team.
• Proven experience managing HCM systems and ServiceNow HR modules. Dayforce experience required.
• Experience supporting large global organizations (10,000 employees). US experience required. Experience in Canada, Mexico and other countries a plus.
• Experience analyzing business requirements and delivering HRIS solutions to subsidiaries or internal customers.

Compensation RangeThe anticipated compensation for this position is USD $130,000.00/Yr. - USD $167,000.00/Yr. depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
