Reliance Energy Inc. is a private oil and gas company based in Austin. We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Analyst to join our team in Austin. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping financial strategy, evaluating operations and investments, and supporting growth initiatives in the oil & gas sector.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain financial models for planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Conduct scenario analysis and evaluate financing alternatives to support capital allocation, and investment decisions.
- Contribute to M&A projects including valuations, due diligence, and integration.
- Analyze energy markets, industry trends, and competitor performance.
- Prepare management reports, investor materials, and executive presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, accounting, operations, engineering, senior leadership).
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years’ experience in industry, corporate/energy finance, investment banking.
- Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Solid knowledge of oil & gas markets, accounting and regulatory environments.
- Advanced Excel skills required; Power BI/AI capabilities preferred.
- Strong communication and PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Experience with Quorum ODA software a plus.
- Technical background a plus.
