What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Renovation Lead Superintendent position at Reliance Construction Company, LLC?
Lead Superintendent:
- Has the command ability to fully understand the overall project and react to an ever changing environment.
- Must be a self-starter and time Management is a must.
- Must have experience in hotels and hospitality renovations.
- Speaks English (bi-lingual is a plus; not necessary).
- Fully understands and can read plans and verify critical dimensions.
- Must have scheduling and sequencing knowledge.
- Prepare look ahead schedule
- Must possess knowledge on the basic workings of Mechanical, electrical and plumbing utilities within guestrooms and public spaces.
- Has fundamental knowledge of how to use a laptop and access company server info (should be electronically literate in order to do the required information tasks to be sent daily to the PM).
- Directs and manages all subcontractors onsite.
- Some basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat to open, edit and print emails, documents sent by the PM and/or design team.
- Possesses the knowledge, understanding ability to prepare and submit warehouse requests, as required.
- Call in all necessary City inspections.
- Update job logs each day.
