Key Responsibilities

â Develop and implement total nursing care for patients

â Conduct assessments and create nursing diagnosis

â Develop patient care plans

â Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel

â Maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting

â Develop systems to provide care to a diverse population including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

Qualifications

Required

• Associate degree or higher
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
• American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Oklahoma (OK)
